Usually our product guarantee period is one year.

In general, if client doesn’t specify, our delivery term is FOB Shanghai.
But we also could deal with client by CFR, CIF, EXW payment term.

Like order with quantity not over 1000pcs, we could delivery it within one month. If client has urgent demand, we’ll support to speed up the process.

Yes, you can send your own designed logo to us, we can emboss the logo for you.

Yes, we can offer sample upon client’s requirement.

In general, it will take 5-7 working days. If having stock, we can delivery it within 2 days.

Our QC will do IQC for all the raw materials before launching to the production process. During machining, surface treatment  and assembly process, there are tracing cards and QC to record. Before packing, each

of valves will be finished pressure test and sealing test to ensure the quality.
